Why do we need corporate trainings in retail? Corporate programs in visual merchandising, retail design, window dressing and product display are not just training. It is a tool that enhances the competencies of employees at any level:
For line sellers, it helps them understand how the product "works" in the store's space.
Full-time visual merchandisers - develops creativity and provides practical tools to improve the layout and design.
Tenants and administrators of the shopping center - helps to build the visual policy and standards of the gallery.
Top managers and franchisees - provides insight into how to integrate the brand's DNA into offline retail.
Our trainings:
They broaden your horizons, giving you knowledge not only about the brand, but also about market trends.
They form a single visual code in the team.
They teach you to see a store as a complex system, from zoning to customer's emotional perception.
We develop and conduct these programs as a Retail Design Consulting Bureau based on 20+ years of expertise and hundreds of successfully trained teams.
In 2019, we, as the WOODI Retail Design Bureau, developed standards for store design and product presentation for the Russian Fujifilm market. In February 2020, we held a hands-on workshop on product placement at the Wonder Photoshop photo printing store (MEGA Khimki), consolidating our knowledge on a real site. Project results: Training: Skolkovo, 2019

Marina Kazakova's collaboration with the INGKA international group (which includes IKEA and MEGA) began in 2004, when she became a full-time interior designer at the first IKEA store, Khimki, in the Communication & Interior department. After 15 years, Marina and her Retail Design Bureau WOODI became the official contractor for creative tasks and training of staff and tenants. For three years, we have been conducting trainings for tenants of the leading MEGA shopping centers in St. Petersburg. Such programs are important for the management company because they teach tenants retail design, visual merchandising and product presentation., they immediately receive tools for practical use. For the shopping center, this means maintaining standards and visual order, while for tenants, it means increasing sales and efficiency. Marina Kazakova, as an experienced speaker, is able to simply and clearly show how design and beauty directly affect the commercial result.
